You can tell who your true mates are by how they treat you! If they mock you, bully you or curse you behind your back –they’ve got a funny way of showing love!

Good friends treat you good! A mate that watches your back, shares stuff with you, stands up for you and always tells you the truth is a mate worth having!

Do you and your mates treat each other like that?

Jesus said that the greatest love a person can show is to die for His friends! Imagine if someone tried to shoot you, but one of your mates took the bullet instead! That’s love!

That’s exactly what Jesus did! Jesus bled to death on the cross because He was taking the bullet of God’s punishment – the bullet we deserved! Why? Because that’s how much He loves us!!!

That’s why He was called the sinner’s friend!
