Imagine if Ryan Giggs was your football coach, or 50 Cent offered to teach you how to rap, or Christina Aguilera gave you some singing lessons…how cool would that be?!

If someone like that was teaching and training you, but you couldn’t be bothered to put the stuff they said into practice – how stupid would that be?!

But we can be like that with God! He’s given us all the teaching and wisdom that we’ll ever need (the Bible), and it’s all good stuff! But so often we can’t be bothered with it! We might read some stuff, or hear people preach – but do we actually do what it says? Do we live it out?

If God’s Word doesn’t actually change you inside, if you only listen and do nothing - you’re just fooling yourself!

Ask God to help you to listen to His Word AND put it into practice.
